Happy Star Wars Day!

mayfourthThis is a great day to remember that tapping into a child’s interests is a powerful way to motivate them to open a book!  There are a multitude of fabulous books based on the Star Wars saga, so if someone you know has been brandishing a light sabre around the house today with particular enthusiasm, now is your time to strike!  Natural information seekers, boys tend to gravitate to non-fiction, so even if you have trouble encouraging your Star Wars fan to pick up a Luke Skywalker or Clone Wars storybook, even the most reluctant will find it difficult to resist a glorious, fact packed, encyclopedic edition like Star Wars: The Complete Visual Dictionary or the Star Wars Character Encyclopedia.

May the fourth be with you, and your boys!

… I just had to say that 😉
